Symplicity in Electricity, or not...

I recently called in our re-enforcements in the electrical department. My step-father, Glen is an electronic scientist who works for the airplane landing gear firm in town. We are hoping we can solve the big fancy equation located right in the dash... After that, we can get that window from the 74' and sadly send it on it's way to the bone yard...
